Process

Even though every design project has its own set of needs, challenges, and requirements, there are basic commonalities that every project shares. By following an outlined process, we are able to provide our clients with great quality service consistently at an affordable price while ensuring that all project goals are met.

Phase 1: Planning

This is arguably the most important phase because what’s determined and mapped during this process sets the stage for the entire project. Before we take on any project, it is necessary to get a clear understanding of your business and the goals you wish to achieve. Listed below are just a few of the things we will want to know before taking on your project:

• Goals
  What is the purpose of your project? Are you looking at providing your clients with information,  promote a set of services, sell a product, brand recognition… ?
• Target Audience
  Is there a specific group of people that you are looking to target to help achieve your goals? By identifying the end user, we will be able to determine how to best design and develop your logo and website.
• Content
  What kind of information needs to be communicated to your audience? Are they seeking specific information, a particular product or service…?

By understanding your business, project vision and expectations, we will be able to use the information gathered during this phase to help you achieve your goals. During the planning process, we will help you understand what elements should be implemented such as flash, interactive forms, e-commerce, etc.

Phase 2: Design

The design stage involves taking the information outlined in the planning stage to explore creative solutions to the goals that we previously identified. Your target audience will be one of the key factors that we take into consideration in addition to how to best incorporate your company colors and logo to help strengthen your business’ brand.

We will submit several mock-ups for you to choose from, after which a cycle of reviewing and tweaking will take place until you are satisfied with the final design.

Phase 3: Development

The development phase is  where your project comes to life. We will take all the graphic elements from the mock designs to fully develop your final project with special consideration to search engine optimization. During this period, we will develop the user interface and navigation structures if applicable. Completion of a fully functional prototype is the final goal of the development phase.

Phase 4: Delivery

After any testing that needs to be done has been completed, we will submit the end product for you to review so that you can finalize any details and give your approval. Once you have approved the end result, we will transfer the final deliverable(s) to you. If your project is a logo, we will send you all graphic files. If it’s a website, we will upload all the content on your server and help with launching your website.
